“Minnesota-Tennessee” is the self-titled album from artist MNTN. This album has been in production for almost 2 years because of tracks such as “Over It” and “In yo head” which have been adapted and have changed over time.

MNTN’s discography has been filled with many emotional ballads and synth-oriented tracks and in this album, those element have just been even more enhanced.

“Minnesota-Tennessee” tackles topics such as suicide, grief, heartbreak, mental illness.
The idea to incorporate sporadic use of “glitchy” noises throughout the album’s duration is a metaphor for how life is imperfect but is still beautiful within the grains and distortion.

This album is dedicated to some certain people who hopefully understand that they are appreciated, even if it is not obvious.
